Marketing Team

Responsible for posting content on our social media platforms

Writing creative captions for all social media posts

Prepare unique and exciting content to be published and posted on the team's website and social media accounts

Edit and modify content to be posted

Work closely with the Business Management Team Lead in creating a universal design language (fonts, colors, templates) to be followed across all of our accounts

Maintain and be in charge of the team website

Refresh the website UI / pages when needed
Business Development Team
-
Lead a group of members within the Business team, including Social Media Leads, Sponsorship Leads, Graphic Designers, etc.

Work within the Business team to develop timely solutions for team requirements.

Work closely with other UTSM executives to understand the business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.

Identify and maintain business development opportunities with new and existing sponsorship and media partners.

Measure website traffic to content; utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc to provide valuable information to better assist the team and our sponsors.

Develop business strategies in regards to promotional / media material.
Finance Team

Manage club finances

Work closely with engineering and business leads

Prepare financial reports for corporate sponsors on team progress

Collaborate with other business and technical teams
Photographer/Media Team

Perform photography and videography at various locations, such as PR events, team photoshoots, etc.

Analyze content or campaigns, report findings and provide recommendations
Interior Systems Team

Draft engineering specification for Interior Systems components

Create conceptual designs and bill of materials

Create CAD drawings/assemblies/circuit models in parallel with other subsystems

Manufacture and assemble vehicle components

Braking Team
